摘要

为统一控制和远程管理分散在各厂房的控制系统,提出了一种在控制系统硬件前端增加通信桥接器的方式.实践证明,该方式无需修改原PLC控制程序和上位机监控软件,不仅可将前端控制系统的影响降到最低,还可有效缓解值班压力,节约人力.

Abstract

A method of adding a communication bridge to the hardware front-end of the control system is proposed for unified control and remote management of the control systems dispersed in various factories.Practice has proven that this method does not require modifying the original PLC control program or the original upper computer monitoring software.It can not only ensure that the impact on the front-end control system is minimized,but also effectively alleviate the pressure of duty and save manpower.
