Design of Sewage Treatment Equipment Management Platform Based on PLC and Internet of Things
To solve the problems of high difficulty,complex process,and large data processing volume in the management of sewage treatment equipment,a sewage treatment equipment management platform is constructed based on PLC and the internet of things.Through intensive collection and transmission of equipment information in various regions,PLC data remote interaction is used to achieve remote monitoring and management of all equipment.Equipment parameters can also be adaptively configured according to the actual situation in the region,providing accurate services.With PLC and internet of things technology,the sewage treatment equipment management platform can effectively reduce the repeated deployment of the system,improve management efficiency,and significantly reduce equipment management costs,which is conducive to better meeting management needs and promoting innovation in the management mode of sewage treatment equipment.
