Control Strategy and Application of Adaptive Cutting Technology for Shearer
In order to optimize the adaptive cutting technology of shearer,by analyzing the change of the stator current of the cutting motor and the cutting resistance range of coal seam mining,the paper proposes to optimize and adjust the traction speed and drum speed of shearer by stages.Taking the shearer with 300 kW cutting output power as the object,different speed regulation control strategies are formulated.The results show that the trend of the stator current change of the cutting motor is the same as that of the cutting load change,and different hardness coal seams can be automatically cut and mined based on the relationship between the stator current of the cutting motor and the cutting resistance.
