摘要

核电机组一回路是核电厂的第二道安全屏障,其可靠性和严密性对于核电安全至关重要.我国几乎所有核电机组进行一回路承压能力和密封测试的压力控制均为手动操作,控制精度低、劳动强度大、压力读数误差大,存在很大的人因失效风险.针对该问题,研发了一套计算机控制系统来实现水压试验的自动控制,阐述了该计算机控制系统软、硬件系统设计和实现方案,并介绍了人机交互界面的功能要素和实现形式.结果表明,该系统能很好地完成一回路水压试验过程的自动控制任务.

Abstract

The primary circuit is the second safety barrier of PWR nuclear power plant,and its reliability and sealing are crucial for nuclear safety.All hydraulic test pumps for the hydraulic test of CPR-type nuclear power units in China are manually operated,with low control accuracy,high labor intensity,considerable pressure reading error,and high risk of human failure.In response to this issue,the author has developed a computer control system to achieve automatic control of water pressure tests.The software and hardware system design and implementation plan of the computer control system are elaborated,and the functional elements and implementation form of the human-computer interaction interface are introduced.The results indicate that the system can complete the automatic control task of the primary circuit hydraulic test process.
