电力管廊送排风成套装置自动化控制技术

针对电力管廊送排风成套装置送风量与排风量控制精度较低,无法满足电力管廊正常工作所需的问题,开展对该装置自动化控制技术研究.通过计算不同工况下的风量和选型气体检测仪,实现对电力管廊内部气体自动检测.结合流体的性质及流动状态等相关理论,设计送排风成套装置控制方程,实现对装置的多模式控制.结果表明,应用新的自动化控制技术可有效提高控制精度,装置的送排风量能充分满足电力管廊正常工作需求.
Automatic Control Technology of the Complete Set of Air Transmission and Exhaust Device for Electric Power Pipe Gallery
In response to the problem of low control accuracy of air transmission and exhaust volume in the complete set of air supply and exhaust devices in the power pipe gallery,which cannot meet the normal operation requirements of the power pipe gallery,research on the automation control technology of this device is carried out.By calculating the air volume under different working conditions and selecting gas detectors,automatic detection of gas inside the power pipeline gallery can be achieved.Design control equations for a complete set of air transmission and exhaust equipment based on the properties and flow state of fluids,and achieve multi-mode control of the equipment.The results show that the application of new automation control technology can effectively improve control accuracy,so that the transmission and exhaust air volume of the device can fully meet the normal working requirements of the power pipe gallery.
