Design of Automatic Wine Picking System Based on Multi-Strategy Fusion
A multi-strategy integrated automatic wine picking system has been designed to address the current issues of low automation, poor stability, single methods, and lack of unified quantitative standards in China's wine picking process. The system is based on a PLC as the core controller and a touch screen as the human-machine interaction unit.Through online detection and processing of parameters such as alcohol concentration, flow rate, and temperature, combined with the information of the distiller's grains, the corresponding wine picking strategy is automatically selected. The servo motor is controlled to drive the wine dividing tube, distribute the wine to different wine receiving ports, and achieve a fully automatic wine picking process.Through bypass sampling detection and removal of abnormal alcohol content values, the actual detection accuracy of alcohol content reaches±0.5%(volume fraction),and the detection accuracy of cumulative flow rate reaches±1 L.Based on this design and processing prototype,it was tested at a strong aroma distillery in Luzhou,Sichuan. The results showed that the relative error between automatic and manual wine picking was less than 2%(volume fraction)under different types and segmentation criteria, indicating that the system has strong stability and can adapt to actual brewing processes.
