摘要

由于新能源发电间歇性和波动性较强,对电网的冲击比较大,电网很难大规模接纳新能源.通过研究新能源有功功率平滑输出时的大规模并网问题,提出新能源储能分量补偿方法的理论基础,设计储能并网的仿真模型,得到新能源发电有功功率平滑输出策略方法,最终实现新能源发电有功功率的平滑输出.

Abstract

Due to the strong intermittency and volatility of new energy generation,it has a significant impact on the power grid,making it difficult for the grid to accept new energy on a large scale.By studying the large-scale grid connection problem of smooth output of active power in new energy generation,the theoretical basis for compensating the energy storage component of new energy is proposed,and a simulation model for energy storage grid connection is designed to obtain the smooth output strategy and method of active power in new energy generation,ultimately achieving the smooth output of active power in new energy generation.
