摘要

在电力平衡约束条件下,新能源接入比例不断增加,配电网运行方式的调节范围在扩大,常规的电网频率校正策略控制失效的风险也逐步加大.基于此,构建了典型的新能源配电网系统,并给出了研究频率校正策略的电网运行场景域的描述方法,计算得到了频率校正策略控制系统多轮次适应的电网运行场景域,并将控制量的整定区间作为评价适应的指标,使用最小整定区间评价评价频率校正控制系统的适应性,最后进行了算例分析,基于配电网的实际参数构建了分析模型,计算频率校正控制系统满足适应性条件下新能源接入的最大比例.

Abstract

Under the constraint of power balance,the proportion of new energy access continues to increase,the adjustment range of distribution network operation mode is expanding,and the risk of failure of conventional grid frequency correction strategy control is gradually increasing.Based on this,a typical new energy distribution network system was constructed,and a description method of the power grid operation scenario domain for studying frequency correction strategies was provided.The multi round adaptation of the frequency correction strategy control system to the power grid operation scenario domain was calculated,and the setting interval of the control quantity was used as the evaluation index for adaptation.The minimum setting interval was used to evaluate the adaptability of the frequency correction control system.Finally,a case study was conducted.Based on the actual parameters of the distribution network,an analysis model was constructed to calculate the maximum proportion of new energy access that the frequency correction control system meets under adaptive conditions.
