摘要

针对在含甲烷、煤尘等爆炸性气体环境的煤矿井下的高压电气设备如何安全供电的问题,基于多电平技术理论、防爆理论,设计了一款防爆高压变频器,最终将其成功应用于带式输送机.此外,还给出了带式输送机用高压变频调速技术的解决方案.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of safe power supply for high-voltage electrical equipment in coal mine underground environments containing explosive gases such as methane and coal dust,based on multi-level technology theory and explosion-proof theory,an explosion-proof high-voltage frequency converter was designed and successfully applied to belt conveyors.In addition,a solution using high-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation technology for belt conveyors was also provided.
