In order to effectively control the noise of screw air compressors and improve the surrounding working environment,common noise control methods are analyzed,and measures such as installing silencers and sound insulation covers are proposed.After installing a new type of double insertion expansion muffler,the noise reduction characteristics of the air compressor in the low frequency,medium frequency,and high frequency parts are improved,and the noise reduction performance in the medium frequency is improved by about 2 dB.After installing a soundproof cover with a broadband impedance composite sound-absorbing structure,the sound pressure levels at each frequency are significantly reduced.
