针对某煤矿在生产中浪费大量热能且造成环境污染,又需大量供热的问题,对压风机组进行热能回收并利用的节能改造设计,更换 1 台螺杆式压风机为离心式压风机,工作模式由 4 台螺杆式压风机运行、2 台备用变为 1 台离心式压风机运行、5台螺杆式压风机备用.通过分析压风机热能回收可行性,证明方案可行,并计算与分析热回收效率,然后采用2次热交换的方式分别设计了热能回收和热能利用系统.结果表明,节能改造后系统回收的热能可满足3000人次的洗浴用水需求,且运行过程可节约49.8%的能耗.
Research and Application of Energy-Saving Control of Coal Mine Pressure Fan
In response to the problem that a certain coal mine not only wastes a large amount of heat energy and causes environmental pollution during production,but also requires a large amount of heating,an energy-saving transformation design is carried out for the compressed air unit to recover and utilize heat energy.One screw type compressed air fan is replaced with a centrifugal type compressed air fan,and the working mode is changed from four screw type compressed air fans in operation,two standby to one centrifugal type compressed air fan in operation,and five screw type compressed air fans in standby.By analyzing the feasibility of heat recovery for compressed air fans,it is proven that the scheme is feasible,and the heat recovery efficiency is calculated and analyzed.Then,two heat exchange methods are used to design heat recovery and heat utilization systems respectively.The results show that the heat energy recovered by the energy-saving renovation system can meet the bathing water demand of 3 000 people,and the operation process can save 49.8%of energy consumption.
