Research is conducted on the application of upgrading and retrofitting technology for filter presses in flotation processes.According to the working principle of air flow filtration,the filter plates,compression plates,and thrust plates of the filter press are perforated and plugged.High pressure air is used to instantly blow through the filter cake and form a new dehydration air duct inside the filter press.At the same time,upgrading the existing automatic control program of the filter press can achieve automatic control operation and achieve the purpose of filter cake flow dehydration.
