摘要

某公司主机启动投运过程涉及系统多,操作复杂,主机失效风险高.根据要求,主设备启动过程的损坏率应不超过1‰,因此,对其设备安装调试质量提出了更高要求.通过总结公司以往的工程建设经验,分析本次前 5 批次主设备的启动过程,进一步优化了部分启动工序及过程控制方法,达到了主设备损坏率不超过0.1‰的目的.

Abstract

The startup and operation process of a certain company's host involves multiple systems,complex operations,and a high risk of host failure.According to the requirements,the damage rate during the startup process of the main equipment should not exceed 1‰,therefore,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of equipment installation and debugging.By summarizing the company's past engineering construction experience and analyzing the start-up process of the first five batches of main equipment,some start-up processes and process control methods were further optimized,achieving the goal of not exceeding 0.1‰ of main equipment damage rate.
