采煤机传动装置自动化监测系统的设计与研究

作为采煤机核心动力机构,传动装置在井下恶劣工作环境及长期高负荷运行下故障频发,严重影响煤矿开采效率及安全性.针对上述问题,研究了智能传感及远程监测技术,提出了一种基于多传感器融合检测的采煤机传动装置自动化监测系统设计方案.系统采用多种智能传感器实时采集传动装置温度、振动、电压电流等核心参数,通过数据远程传输至地面监控中心进行在线监测及故障预警诊断,以提高采煤机智能化、无人化监测水平.
Design and Research of Automated Monitoring System for the Transmission Device of Coal Mining Machine
As the core power mechanism of the coal mining machine,the transmission device frequently malfunctions in harsh underground working environments and long-term high load operation,seriously affecting the efficiency and safety of coal mining.In response to the above issues,intelligent sensing and remote monitoring technologies were studied,and a design scheme for an automated monitoring system of coal mining machine transmission devices based on multi-sensor fusion detection was proposed.The system adopts multiple intelligent sensors to collect core parameters such as temperature,vibration,voltage and current of the transmission device in real time.The data is remotely transmitted to the ground monitoring center for online monitoring and fault warning diagnosis,in order to improve the intelligent and unmanned monitoring level of the coal mining machine.
