摘要

针对现有各种无损检测技术的发展现状及优缺点,基于超声相控阵技术原理,设计了超声相控阵无损检测方案,并据此搭建了液压支架检测装置,在综采工作面实施了液压支架无损探伤.结果表明,超声相控阵技术装置可实现井下液压支架的无损探伤,且验证了探伤结果的分辨率、准确率、灵敏度,达到了预期的研究目的.

Abstract

Based on the current development status and advantages and disadvantages of various non-destructive testing technologies,an ultrasonic phased array non-destructive testing scheme was designed based on the principle of ultrasonic phased array technology.Based on this,a hydraulic support testing device was built,and non-destructive testing of hydraulic supports was implemented in the fully mechanized mining face.The results show that the ultrasonic phased array technology device can achieve non-destructive testing of underground hydraulic supports,and verify the resolution,accuracy,and sensitivity of the testing results,achieving the expected research objectives.
