针对现有监控告警技术存在的监控信息量大、事故处置效率低、容易漏判误判等问题,新一代集控系统将采用监控信息事件化告警技术来解决这些问题.该技术以典型事件化规则库作为信息基础,通过对信号进行关联分析和归纳,形成对设备事件的判断.与原来仅以时序排列展示的散乱信号相比,监控系统将以"设备事件"的形式展示,为监控人员的进一步处置提供参考.通过详细介绍典型事件化规则库中挖掘设备故障事件规则及挖掘设备异常事件规则的编制流程,在国网基本规则库的基础上,研发新一代集控典型规则库的创新点.
Analysis on the Main Points of Compiling Typical Event-Based Rule Base and Extraction of Innovative Points
Aiming at the problems existing in the existing monitoring and alarm technology,such as large amount of monitoring information,low efficiency of accident disposal,and easy to miss and misjudge,the new generation of centralized control system will use the monitoring information event-based alarm technology to solve these problems.This technology takes the typical event-based rule base as the information basis,and forms the judgment of equipment events through the correlation analysis and induction of signals.Compared with the original scattered signals displayed only in time sequence,the monitoring system will be displayed in the form of"equipment event",providing reference for the further disposal of the monitoring personnel.By introducing the compilation process of mining equipment fault event rules and mining equipment abnormal event rules in the typical event-based rule library in detail,and based on the basic rule library of the State Grid,innovative points in developing a new generation of centralized control typical rule library.
