煤矿综采工作面无人化采煤智能监控系统的研究与应用

针对煤矿综采工作面传统工作模式存在劳动强度大、风险系数高、智能化程度较低以及集中控制不足等问题,开展了煤矿综采工作面无人化采煤智能控制系统的研究,提出了煤矿综采工作面三机协同无人化远程智能监控系统方案,介绍了关键技术和硬软件系统,实现了对综采工作面设备的远程在线智能监控和智能运维.结果表明,利用无人化采煤远程监控系统可基本实现工作面无人化,降低工人劳动强度,提高设备故障发现率,大大提升煤矿智能化水平.
Research and Application of Intelligent Monitoring System for Unmanned Coal Mining in Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face
In response to the problems of high labor intensity,high risk coefficient,low intelligence level,and insufficient centralized control in the traditional working mode of coal mine fully mechanized mining face,research was conducted on the unmanned intelligent control system for coal mine fully mechanized mining face.A three machine collaborative unmanned remote intelligent monitoring system scheme for coal mine fully mechanized mining face was proposed,and key technologies and hardware and software systems were introduced,realized remote online intelligent monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance of fully mechanized mining face equipment.The results show that the use of unmanned coal mining remote monitoring system can basically achieve unmanned working face,reduce labor intensity of workers,improve equipment failure detection rate,and greatly improve the level of coal mine intelligence.
