In order to effectively solve the problems of low efficiency and high cost in monitoring the operation status of mine belt conveyors,Yuanfeng Mining has improved the automatic inspection and monitoring system and put it into operation.By using fixed tracks installed above the belt operation area,combined with various types of sensors,loading platforms,charging battery packs,fiber optic cables and other auxiliary facilities,it has achieved the effect of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency in monitoring belt operation faults,a monthly reduction of 480 maintenance personnel and a reduction of 137 300 yuan in labor costs have achieved significant economic benefits.
