首先,简要介绍了UG NX编程软件的相关知识;其次,以金属半环和电机外壳为研究对象,分析了其原有的数控加工工艺并提出了优化改进措施;再次,利用UG对研究对象进行了配套工装的仿真设计;最后,利用UG编制研究对象的目标零件多轴数控加工程序,有效保障了产品的加工质量,节省了人力、物力成本,提高了生产效率.
Improvement of NC Multi-Axis Machining Process and Design of Matching Fixture Based on UG NX
Firstly,a brief introduction was given to the relevant knowledge of UG NX programming software.Secondly,taking the metal half ring and motor casing as research objects,the original CNC machining process was analyzed and optimization and improvement measures were proposed.Thirdly,simulation design of supporting fixtures was carried out on the research object using UG.Finally,using UG to develop a multi axis CNC machining program for the target part of the research object effectively ensures the machining quality of the product,saves labor and material costs,and improves production efficiency.
