Single Particle Effect Analysis System for MRAM Based on FPGA
A MRAM single particle effect analysis system was designed based on FPGA.The system is divided into a main control board and a test board,which adopts a replaceable test board design and can be compatible with MRAM devices of different packages.Through the FPGA main control program and labVIEW upper computer monitoring program,it can monitor the single particle effect of MRAM devices in real time,including single particle locking,transient,and flipping.In addition,the system is closely integrated with the single event effect analysis process of MRAM,which can further locate the single event failure mode of MRAM devices.After verification,this single particle system can effectively detect and analyze the single particle effect of MRAM.
