大容量多层陶瓷电容器的充测特性与测试方法研究

智能驾驶时代的到来使得新能源汽车得到了巨大发展,大容量、高耐压、多层陶瓷电容的市场需求与日俱增.这类电容属于Ⅱ类陶瓷电容,具有介电常数大、充放电时间长的特点,测试分选这类电容需提出更高要求.为满足这类电容的测试分选需求,为相关行业研发人员解惑,分析了电容的介电特性、吸收电特性、充放电特性、双峰现象以及在线测试等.通过相关产品测试得出:在额定电压电流条件下,改变充电时间、充电次数、空位间隔等相关参数,可延长充电时间和充电后空置时间,减小漏电流.
Research on Charging and Testing Characteristics and Methods of Large Capacity Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors
The arrival of the era of intelligent driving has led to tremendou s development of new energy vehicles,and the market demand for large capacity,high-voltage resistance,and multi-layer ceramic capacitors is increasing day by day.This type of capacitor belongs to Class Ⅱ ceramic capacitors,which have the characteristics of high dielectric constant and long charging and discharging time.Testing and sorting of this type of capacitor requires higher requirements.To meet the testing and sorting needs of this type of capacitor,and to provide guidance for R&D personnel in related industries,the dielectric characteristics,absorption characteristics,charge discharge characteristics,bimodal phenomenon,and online testing of capacitors were analyzed.Through relevant product testing,it has been found that under rated voltage and current conditions,changing parameters such as charging time,charging frequency,and vacancy interval can extend the charging time and vacancy time after charging,and reducing the leakage current.
