摘要

为提升广西电网抗冰防灾能力,调研、梳理和分析广西电网覆冰灾害受损情况,结合南方电网冰区分布图以及相关运行数据,核查和评估广西电网10 kV及以上线路抗冰防灾能力,综合广西电网已建线路防灾改造的轻重缓急情况,分类实施已建线路防灾改造项目,并提出抗冰防灾的具体设计提升措施.

Abstract

In order to enhance the anti icing and disaster prevention capabilities of the Guangxi power grid,this paper researches and analyzes the damage caused by icing disasters in the Guangxi power grid.Based on the distribution map of icing areas in the Southern Power Grid and relevant operational data,verify and evaluate the anti icing and disaster prevention capabilities of 10 kV and above lines in the Guangxi power grid.Based on the priority and urgency of disaster prevention and transformation of existing lines in the Guangxi power grid,classify and implemente disaster prevention and transformation projects for existing lines.Specific design improvement measures for ice resistance and disaster prevention have been proposed.
