Design and Application of Coding Attitude Control Mechanism for Cigarette Sorting System
To comprehensively collect and organize production and operation data of the cigarette industry,a fully functional and practical cigarette sorting system coding posture control mechanism has been designed.Firstly,starting from the overall design of the mechanism and the functional design of the mechanism,complete the design of the coding posture control mechanism.Secondly,starting from two aspects of system hardware design and system software design,complete the design of the mechanism PLC control system.The results show that under the application background of advanced technologies such as PLC control and variable frequency speed control,the system can ensure the controllability of code segment position adjustment,achieve cigarette anti-counterfeiting function,and the entire sorting system exhibits high operational performance,effectively improving the economic benefits of cigarette enterprises,fully meeting the expected design standards and requirements.
