Research and Application of Dynamic Self-Optimizing Control Technology for Primary Air in Thermal Power Plants
The optimization of primary air in coal-fired power plants at home and abroad is basically based on the actual situation of the unit,and the original control logic is optimized for existing control defects.In actual operation,factors such as load changes and changes in fuel characteristics can affect the effectiveness of primary air control in coal-fired power plants.Therefore,the dynamic self-optimization control technology of primary air is introduced.Based on the load,coal quality,and characteristics of the coal mill system,the optimal control is obtained through dynamic self optimization of primary air,which can reduce the primary air rate of each coal mill,reduce the loss of thermal primary air throttling and the output of the primary air fan,accelerate the load response of the unit,and improve the automatic regulation quality of primary air system.
