摘要

为提高煤矿井下综采过程的安全性,设计了采煤机远程监控系统开展过程监控.远程监控系统采用PLC与变频器控制的方式,通过Win CC实现井上与井下部分的远程通信连接及数据管理,并借助Web界面进行远程操作控制,可实现矿井开采的无人自动化运行,提高矿井开采的安全性.

Abstract

In order to improve the safety of synthesized mining process in underground coal mine,the remote monitoring system of Shearer is designed for process monitoring.The remote monitoring system adopts PLC and inverter control,realizes remote communication connection and data management between the uphole and downhole parts through Win CC,and carries out remote operation and control with the help of Web interface,which can realize unmanned automatic operation of mining and improve the safety of mining.
