摘要

针对传统PID控制方法无法满足加热炉控制精度要求的问题,设计了基于自适应模糊PID的加热炉控制系统.在介绍软硬件的基础上,在模糊PID控制器中引入了自抗扰(ADRC)控制,避免系统出现超调现象,并采用模糊控制系统调节ADRC的关键参数,形成自适应模糊PID控制技术,实现对加热炉的精准控制.结果表明,当积分步长h与速度因子R分别设定为 0.005、5 时,系统控制性能达到最佳,同时,与其他算法的控制性能相比,自适应模糊PID控制算法可快速达到稳定状态且不存在超调现象,具有显著的应用优势.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the traditional PID control method cannot meet the control accuracy requirements of the heating furnace,this study designs a heating furnace control system based on adaptive fuzzy PID.On the basis of the introduction of hardware and software,self-resistant(ADRC)control is introduced into the fuzzy PID controller to avoid the overshooting phenomenon of the system,and the fuzzy control system is used to adjust the key parameters of ADRC to form the adaptive fuzzy PID control technology to achieve the precise control of the heating furnace.The results show that the system control performance reaches the best when the integration step h and speed factor R are set to 0.005 and 5,respectively,and the control performance comparison results with other algorithms show that the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm can reach the stable state quickly without overshooting phenomenon,which has obvious application advantages.
