针对发电厂中开关设备出现故障时,设备单位时间可用度低的问题,开展对发电厂开关设备故障检修决策模型的构建研究.引入模糊理论,构建发电厂开关设备故障诊断模型;根据开关设备健康状况,计算开关设备的故障率;确定开关设备故障检测间隔期,实现开关设备 2个阶段的故障检测;根据检测结果,得出开关设备的维修决策.应用新的决策模型后,开关设备的故障停机时间明显缩短,开关设备在单位时间内的可用度明显提升.
Construction of Troubleshooting Decision-Making Model for Power Plant Switchgear
To address the issue of low availability of equipment per unit time in the event of switchgear failures in power plants,research is being conducted on the construction of a decision-making model for maintenance of switchgear failures in power plants.Introducing fuzzy theory to construct a fault diagnosis model for power plant switchgear.Calculate the failure rate of the switchgear based on its health status.Determine the interval for fault detection of switchgear and achieve two-stage fault detection of switchgear.Based on the testing results,make maintenance decisions for the switchgear.After applying the new decision model,the downtime of switchgear faults is significantly reduced,and the availability of switchgear per unit time is significantly improved.
