变压器不同负载下的电磁损耗分析

变压器是电力系统的重要部件,在使用过程中,电磁损耗会导致变压器升温,影响变压器的稳定性及使用寿命.在不同的负载条件下,变压器产生的不同损耗会影响变压器的使用.针对不同负载条件下的电磁损耗,采用有限元仿真的形式进行模拟分析.结果表明,与空载状态相比,在满载运行条件下,变压器的电磁损耗明显增加,电磁损耗产生的体积热增加,其中,拉板最大体积热值增加近8倍,箱体最大体积热值增加 1.64倍.
Analysis of Electromagnetic Loss of Transformer Under Different Load
Transformers are important components of the power system.During use,electromagnetic losses can cause transformers to heat up,affecting their stability and service life.Under different load conditions,the losses generated by transformers vary,which can affect their use.Finite element simulation is used for simulation analysis of electromagnetic losses under different load conditions.The results showed that compared with the no-load state,the electromagnetic losses of the transformer significantly increased under full load operation conditions,and the volume heat generated by the electromagnetic losses increased.Among them,the maximum volume heat value of the pulling plate increased by nearly 8 times,and the maximum volume heat value of the box increased by 1.64 times.
