变压器是煤矿电力系统的重要组成部分,在使用过程中会产生大量热能,需及时有效地进行散热处理.片式散热器是变压器常用的散热结构形式,在使用过程中,集油管的不同倾斜角度对散热器的散热效果具有重要影响.采用有限元仿真的形式分析集油管不同倾斜角度时变压器的散热效果,结果表明,当集油管的倾斜角度不大于 5°时,增加集油管的倾斜角度可增强散热效果,提高变压器的使用安全性.
Influence of Oil Collection Pipe with Different Angles on Heat Dissipation Effect of Transformer
Transformers are an important component of coal mine power systems,which generate a large amount of thermal energy during use and require timely and effective heat dissipation treatment.Plate type heat sink is a commonly used heat dissipation structure for transformers.During use,the different inclination angles of the oil collection pipe have an important impact on the heat dissipation effect of the heat sink.Using finite element simulation to analyze the heat dissipation effect without considering the inclination angle of the oil collection pipe.The results indicate that increasing the inclination angle of the oil collection pipe can enhance the heat dissipation effect and improve the safety of the transformer when the inclination angle of the oil collection pipe is not greater than 5°.
