Analysis of Transformer Single Short-Circuit Impulse Winding Deformation
Transformers are important components in coal mine power systems.During use,they face short-circuit impact,causing internal electromagnetic forces and temperature changes,resulting in winding deformation,transformer damage,and failure.To address this issue,finite element simulation is used to analyze the stress and deformation of the medium voltage winding under short-circuit impact.The results indicate that the middle position of the winding bears significant impact stress and produces significant deformation,which is irreversible and affects the safe use of the transformer.Therefore,certain optimization measures should be taken.
