VBA programming technology has good application prospects in sample management in pharmaceutical companies,which can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of sample management,and provide strong support for ensuring drug quality and patient safety.A sample management system was developed using VBA programming technology,and the"Appearance Observation Record"was used as an application example.By comparing the efficiency and data analysis ability of using VBA programming technology and traditional methods to manage sample electronic ledgers,the effectiveness of VBA programming in sample management was evaluated.The results indicate that the use of VBA programming technology can effectively improve the efficiency and data analysis ability of managing sample electronic ledgers.Its advantages are not only reflected in its ability to simplify processes and improve work efficiency,but also in its ability to automate data processing and generate reports,making it convenient for sample management personnel to work.
