摘要

为提升电网企业绿色投资成效、明确企业社会贡献,提出了基于典型场景分析的电网企业碳减排贡献率综合评价模型,先构建了完善的碳减排贡献率评估指标体系,提出以灰色关联为基础的组合赋权方法,通过模糊综合评估建立了基于典型场景分析的电网企业碳减排贡献率综合评价模型;然后实例证明了指标体系和评估模型的可行性.结果表明,电网公司在能效、经济和环境等方面为碳减排作出了巨大贡献.

Abstract

In order to improve the green investment effectiveness of power grid enterprises and clarify their social contributions,a comprehensive evaluation model for carbon emission reduction contribution rate of power grid enterprises based on typical scenario analysis is proposed.Firstly,a comprehensive evaluation index system for carbon emission reduction contribution rate is constructed,and a combination weighting method based on grey correlation is proposed.Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation model for carbon emission reduction contribution rate of power grid enterprises based on typical scenario analysis is established.Then,the feasibility of the indicator system and evaluation model was demonstrated through examples.The results indicate that power grid companies have made significant contributions to carbon emission reduction in terms of energy efficiency,economy,and environment.
