煤矿井下带式输送机智能巡检机器人系统的应用与研究

为解决煤矿井下带式输送机传统人工巡检存在劳动强度大、巡检效率低、结果不准确以及潜在故障无法查明等问题,设计了 一种轻量化轨道式智能巡检机器人系统.通过多种传感器实时采集煤矿井下带式输送机运行参数,并由智能软件分析系统分析参数特征,可准确判断故障.根据参数的波动情况准确判断潜在事故,可有效预防事故发生,保证设备稳定运行.结果表明,带式输送机智能巡检机器人可替代4~5人完成井下的巡检任务,故障识别率达99.3%以上,识别响应时间不超过0.98s,平均每年可节省企业成本50万元左右,取得了满意的应用效果.
Application and Research of Intelligent Inspection Robot System for Belt Conveyor in Coal Mine
To solve the problems of high labor intensity,low inspection efficiency,inaccurate results,and inability to identify potential faults in traditional manual inspection of underground belt conveyors in coal mines,a lightweight rail type intelligent inspection robot system has been designed.Real time collection of operating parameters of coal mine underground belt conveyors through various sensors,and analysis of parameter characteristics by intelligent software analysis system can accurately determine faults.Accurately judging potential accidents based on the fluctuation of parameters can effectively prevent accidents and ensure the stable operation of equipment.The results show that the intelligent inspection robot for belt conveyors can replace 4~5 people to complete underground inspection tasks,with a fault recognition rate of over 99.3%,a recognition response time of no more than 0.98 s,and an average annual cost savings of about 500 000 yuan for enterprises,achieving satisfactory application results.
