摘要

为应对日益复杂多变的边防管控事件,围绕"连接、融合、在线、智能"的核心思路,依托大数据、云计算、边缘计算、视觉计算、数字孪生、5G数据传输、三维GIS融合、物联感知等先进技术,构建"预警信息更加及时、指挥调度更加科学、辅助决策更加精准、应急处置更加高效、支撑实战更加有力"的智能边防数字生态系统,确保及早发现、快速解决边防安全问题,使边防管控更合理、智能、规范.

Abstract

In order to cope with the increasingly complex and changeable border control events,the intelligent border digital ecosystem of"more timely early warning information,more scientific command and dispatching,more accurate auxiliary decision-making,more efficient emergency response,more powerful support for actual combat"has been constructed around the core idea of"connectivity,fusion,online,intelligence",relying on advanced technologies such as big data,cloud computing,edge computing,visual computing,digital twins,5G data transmission,three-dimensional GIS fusion,and IoT sensing,so as to ensure that border security problems are detected and solved at an early stage,and that border control is more reasonable,intelligent,and standardized.
