摘要
多轴数控加工可以提高加工的精度和效率,塑造更复杂的零件形状和结构.但多轴数控加工的复杂性也给自动化控制带来了挑战.神经网络可以通过学习大量的数据和模式,自动提取和学习加工过程中的规律和特征.在多轴数控加工中,神经网络可以用于建立加工过程的预测模型、优化控制策略和实时监测系统等,实现对多轴数控加工过程的智能化控制和优化.
Abstract
Multi-axis CNC machining can improve machining accuracy and efficiency,and can shape more complex part shapes and structures.However,the complexity of multi-axis CNC machining also poses challenges to automation control.Neural networks can automatically extract and learn patterns and features during processing by learning a large amount of data and patterns.In multi-axis CNC machining,neural networks can be used to establish predictive models,optimize control strategies,and real-time monitoring systems for the machining process,achieving intelligent control and optimization of the multi-axis CNC machining process.
