针对煤矿地面变电站人工巡检周期长、巡视效率低,检测质量差等问题,提出了一种基于自动巡检机器人的井上变电站无人值守应用方案.该方案以智能机器人为载体,实现对站内一次设备温度、噪声、现场运行图像等核心数据的实时采集监测及站内运行环境感知,确保站内一次设备的可靠运行与环境安全,为设备检修及状态评估提供有效数据支撑,有效保障煤矿电力系统的安全稳定运行.
Research and Application of Unattended Technology in Coal Mine Ground Substation
In response to the problems of long manual inspection cycles,low inspection efficiency,and poor detection quality in coal mine surface substations,an unmanned application scheme for underground substations based on automatic inspection robots is proposed.This scheme uses intelligent robots as a carrier to achieve real-time collection and monitoring of core data such as temperature,noise,and on-site operation images of primary equipment in the station,as well as perception of the operating environment inside the station,ensuring the reliable operation and environmental safety of primary equipment in the station,providing effective data support for equipment maintenance and status assessment,and effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of the coal mine power system.
