医院恒压供水系统的设计与应用

针对医院院内对供水水压稳定度的要求,基于PID电气控制原理,结合PLC及变频器,设计了医院恒压供水系统.首先,根据医院对于水压的要求选择供水水泵(三相异步电动机).然后,根据水泵电机功率选择变频器.最后,设计电气主电路、控制系统运用PLC的PID控制功能实现恒压供水.实际测试表明,与传统供水系统相比,设计的恒压供水系统供水水压更稳定且耗能更低,能实现医院对恒压供水供给的要求.
Design and Application of Constant Pressure Water Supply System in Hospital
According to the requirements for the stability of water pressure in the hospital,based on the principle of PID electrical control,combined with PLC and frequency converter,this paper designs the hospital constant pressure water supply system.First,select the water supply pump(three-phase asynchronous motor)according to the requirements of the hospital for water pressure.Then,the frequency converter is selected according to the power of the water pump motor.Finally,the main electrical circuit and control system are designed,and the constant pressure water supply is realized by using the PID control function of PLC.The actual test shows that compared with the traditional water supply system,the constant pressure water supply system designed in this subject has more stable water pressure and lower energy consumption,which can meet the requirements of the hospital for constant pressure water supply.
