基于PLC控制的流体温湿度自动控制系统研究

针对某性能分析试验台架传统的手动操作进行了 自动化改造,阐述了改造的整体思路,给出了硬件结构的系统结构图及软件设计流程;基于PLC控制与主机通信自动调整试验参数与自动采集存储试验数据;引入云端服务器,将数据实时传入云端,实现对试验台架的远程控制及远程数据读取保存.结果表明,经改造后的性能分析试验台架在自动模式下实现了全自动调节温湿度参数直至试验达到稳定状态,且在手动模式下,可调节本地与远程两端的试验参数,极大地提高了系统的稳定性.在两种模式下,该系统可大大降低劳动强度,减少工作量,缩短工作时间,提高工作效率.
Research on the Automatic Control System of Flow Temperature and Humidity Based on PLC Control
Aiming at the traditional manual operation of a performance analysis test bench,an automation transformation was carried out,and the overall idea of the transformation was explained.The system structure diagram of the hardware structure and software design process were provided.Automatic adjustment of test parameters and automatic collection and storage of test data based on PLC control and host communication.Introduce cloud servers to transmit real-time data to the cloud,enabling remote control of the test bench and remote data reading and storage.The results showed that the modified performance analysis test bench achieved fully automatic adjustment of temperature and humidity parameters in automatic mode until the test reached a stable state.In manual mode,the test parameters at both local and remote ends can be adjusted,greatly improving the stability of the system.In two modes,the system can greatly reduce labor intensity,reduce workload,shorten working hours,and improve work efficiency.
