摘要

以某新能源电力系统为例,从技术、经济、安全3个方面构建新能源电力系统储能技术评价指标体系,采用层次分析-模糊综合评价法评价该新能源电力系统的储能技术.结果表明,该新能源电力系统的储能技术水平比较好,同时,针对该新能源电力系统在储能技术中存在的问题,从研发合作、功能强化、体制机制等方面提出对策与建议.

Abstract

Taking a new energy power system as an example,a new energy power system energy storage technology evaluation index system is constructed from three aspects:Technology,economy,and safety.The AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the energy storage technology of the new energy power system.The results indicate that the energy storage technology level of the new energy power system is relatively good.At the same time,in response to the problems existing in the energy storage technology of the new energy power system,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the aspects of research and development cooperation,functional strengthening,and institutional mechanisms.
