摘要

主要介绍了用户侧某型商业储能柜总体设计及整机理论热计算和对应的散热方案,并结合户外的使用环境,设计了可满足IP54级的整机防尘、防水结构,使其在能保证整机满功率运行条件下散热的同时,满足项目所处环境的防护需求.

Abstract

This paper mainly introduces the overall design and theoretical thermal calculation of a certain type of commercial energy storage cabinet on the user side,as well as the corresponding heat dissipation scheme.Combined with the outdoor usage environment,a dust-proof and waterproof structure that can meet the IP54 level of the entire machine has been designed,ensuring that it can dissipate heat under full power operating conditions while meeting the protection requirements of the project environment.
