Research on Rapid Manufacturing Method of Parts Based on 3D Printing Technology
Based on EOS M290 3D printing technology,this paper delves into the key technologies in the manufacturing process of parts.Firstly,by using CAD software to design models and optimize parameters,a solid foundation has been laid for subsequent 3D printing.Secondly,based on the characteristics of the EOS M290 printer,research was conducted on layer by layer stacking technology,heating and cooling control,and post-processing technology.In terms of layer by layer stacking technology,the relationship between parameters such as printing speed and layer thickness was mathematically described.In terms of heating and cooling control,precise temperature control is achieved using heat transfer equations.At the same time,post-processing technology can analyze the unevenness of surface quality through mathematical modeling,select appropriate grinding or polishing processes,and optimize the surface quality and performance of parts.
