Application of Complete Set of Equipment for Belt Winding and Cutting of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor
For the traditional replacement of coal mine belt conveyor,there are problems such as low rewinding efficiency and slow speed of old belts,difficulty in cutting new belts,and serious pollution,etc.,a complete set of key equipment for coal mine belt conveyor tape rewinding is designed,which realizes high efficiency rewinding of old belts of coal mine belt conveyor,and automatic and fast cutting of new belts,which greatly improves the efficiency of replacing coal mine belt conveyor tapes,and indirectly improves the output of the coal mines.The field application shows that the complete set of tape rewinding and cutting equipment effectively improves the rewinding speed of the belt conveyor,and the rewinding time of the whole conveyor belt is shortened from 12 h to 1.9 h.At the same time,it reduces the labor intensity of the workers and saves the cost.
