摘要
针对银行网点自助设备的吞卡现象,设计了一种应用于自助设备的储卡模块.该储卡模块被放置于卡机后部,其内部有多个卡仓,用于暂存被吞入的银行卡,用户仅需验证必要的身份信息,即可取回被吞入的卡片.自助设备通过增加该模块,能大幅提高其无人化故障处理能力,符合智能化、便捷化、高效率的新型智慧银行发展模式.
Abstract
This paper designs a card storage module for self-service devices to address the phenomenon of card swallowing.This card storage module is placed at the back of the card machine with multiple card warehouses inside for temporary storage of the swallowed bank card.Users only need to verify the necessary identity information to retrieve the swallowed card.By adding this module to self-service devices,their unmanned fault handling ability can be greatly improved,which is in line with the new intelligent,convenient,and efficient development model of smart banking.
