以矿山大型机电设备的平均能耗为依据,划分了矿山内部参与生产的主要系统,分析并罗列了各个生产子系统的主要耗电设备.在此基础上,结合矿井的实际生产情况,分析了每个子系统中主要用电设备的能耗,并归纳了影响大型机电设备的主要因素.以机电设备的能耗公式为依据,优化设备效率,并根据优化结果,计算机电设备的能耗,并以此为依据,介绍了在物联网模式下的机电设备协同控制系统设计方案.经实践证明,本设计方案是可行的.
Energy Efficiency Optimization and Energy-Saving Strategies for the Control System of Large Mechanical and Electrical Equipment in Mines
Based on the average energy consumption of large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment in mines,the main systems involved in production within the mine were divided,and the main power consuming equipment of each production subsystem was analyzed and listed.On this basis,combined with the actual production situation of the mine,the energy consumption of the main electrical equipment in each subsystem was analyzed,and the main factors affecting large-scale electromechanical equipment were summarized.Based on the energy consumption formula of electromechanical equipment,the efficiency of the equipment is optimized,and according to the optimization results,the energy consumption of computer electromechanical equipment is calculated.Based on this,the design scheme of the electromechanical equipment collaborative control system in the Internet of Things mode is introduced.Practice has proven that this design scheme is feasible.
