Design and Realization of Beidou RF Power Amplifier
The problem of low efficiency of Beidou RF power amplifier is deeply studied.Based on the basic theory of RF power amplifier,the basic structure of RF power amplifier is proposed,and three-stage power amplifier is designed.Linear power amplifier design scheme and power fallback design method are adopted to better realize the linearity and efficiency parameters.The power amplifier is simulated in the simulation environment,and the effectiveness and rationality of the design are verified.
