摘要

零件在加工生产过程中大多采用专用的刚性定位夹紧工装,生产成本较高.针对该问题,以钣金件为对象,首先构建了柔性工装夹具总体结构,然后设计了其定位机构、夹紧机构,有效保障了零件的加工质量,节省了投入成本,提高了生产效率.

Abstract

In the processing and production process of parts,most of them use special rigid positioning and clamping tooling,and the production cost is high.Aiming at this problem,taking the sheet metal parts as the object,the overall structure of the flexible fixture was first constructed,and then its positioning mechanism and clamping mechanism were designed,which effectively guaranteed the processing quality of the parts,saved the input cost,and improved the production efficiency.
