对于安全性较高的民用航空机载系统,其验证方法是研究重点.为此,介绍了一种数字式座舱压调激励测试系统.该系统能模拟飞机外界大气环境、座舱环境和执行机构,在全实物环境和半实物环境等工况下通过模式配置实现不同环境下的测试场景,可应用于数字压调系统的调试、试验、验收提交及地面联试等工作.其中,半实物仿真验证功能尤为重要,能大大降低系统试验验证的成本.
Design and Implementation of Digital Voltage Regulation Excitation Testing System for Civil Aircraft
Its verification methods are also a focus of research for civil aviation airborne systems with high safety.Therefore,this paper introduces a digital cabin pressure regulation excitation testing system,which can simulate the external atmospheric environment,cabin environment,and execution mechanism of an aircraft.It can achieve different testing scenarios in different environments through mode configuration in both full physical and semi physical environments.It can be applied to the debugging,testing,acceptance submission,and ground joint testing of digital pressure regulation systemsAmong them,the semi-physical simulation verification function is particularly important,which can greatly reduce the cost of system testing and verification.
