针对油气田仪表自控系统的稳定运行需求,设计了一种多参数联合检测与故障智能诊断的方法.首先,深入研究了影响各仪表精准度的关键参数.然后,利用LSTM模型创建了一种基于数据驱动的故障诊断方法,实现了对仪表运行状态的智能评估,并构建了在线监测与自诊断系统.结果表明,该方法能准确识别故障类型,为油气田仪表自控系统的健康管理提供有力支持.
Application of Multi-Parameter Detection and Fault Diagnosis in Automatic Control System of Oil and Gas Field Instrumentation
A multi-parameter joint detection and fault intelligent diagnosis method is designed to meet the stable operation requirements of the automatic control system of oil and gas field instrumentation.First,delved into the key parameters that affect the accuracy of each instrument.Then,a data-driven fault diagnosis method based on the LSTM model is used to realize the intelligent evaluation of the operating status of the instrument,and an online monitoring and self-diagnosis system is constructed.The results show that the proposed method can accurately identify the fault type,which provides strong support for the health management of the automatic control system of oil and gas field instrumentation.
