随着全球能源需求的不断增长,如何提高油气田的生产效率和安全性成为亟待解决的问题.为此,设计了一种基于物联网技术的油气田仪表自控系统,深入探讨了传感器采集、数据传输、数据处理和自动控制等关键技术.其中,针对油气田环境,选定ZigBee无线网络作为数据传输的载体,并通过先进的机器学习模型对传输性能进行预测,为实际应用中的网络参数选择提供参考依据.该仪表自控系统能满足油气田的低功耗需求,为实际部署提供了技术支持.
Design and Optimization of Automatic Control System of Oil and Gas Field Instrument Based on Internet of Things
With the continuous growth of global energy demand,how to improve the production efficiency and safety of oil and gas fields has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this study aims to design an oil and gas field instrument automation system based on internet of things technology,and delves into key technologies such as sensor acquisition,data transmission,data processing,and automatic control.Among them,for the oil and gas field environment,selected ZigBee wireless network as the carrier for data transmission,and predicted the transmission performance through advanced machine learning models,providing a reference basis for selecting network parameters in practical applications.The instrument automation system can meet the low power consumption requirements of oil and gas fields,providing technical support for actual deployment.
