Reasonably improving the measurement and monitoring technology of grinding can effectively enhance the overall processing capability of the grinding machine.Therefore,in response to the problems that arise in grinding,especially in deep hole grinding,a suitable grinding machine monitoring system is designed by combining measurement technology,automatic tool setting technology,sensor technology,monitoring technology,etc.,which can effectively solve the problems of low grinding efficiency and difficulty in ensuring the stability and consistency of grinding quality.
